Welcome to a place where we hope you will experience a community of faith that shares the love of God through Christ.
Our passion is to live out the promise of “open hearts, open minds, open doors.” Hanscom Park Church is a place where all are invited on this journey we call life and we encourage one another along this journey.
The words “open hearts. open minds. open doors” come to live as we make them a reality through our words, out behaviors, and our relationships. God calls us to speak words of comfort, healing and new life. We invite you to live out the promise with us! |

Our Passion...
It is the passion of Hanscom Park United Methodist Church to live out the promise of ‘open hearts, open minds, and open doors.’ |

Our Vision...
We know, for United Methodists, the words “Open hearts. Open minds. Open doors.” come to life as we make them reality through our words, our behaviors and our relationships. God is calling us to speak words of comfort, healing and new life. Living the promise together can rekindle our own understanding of ourselves as a faith community and reinvigorate our compassionate concern for all God’s children. |

Beliefs...
Recognizing that as people of faith we are called to ”be transformed by the renewing of our minds, so that we may discern what is the will of God” (Romans 12:2), we, as members of Hanscom Park United Methodist Church, believe:
- God is; we are made in God’s image, created for relationship with God and others;
- God’s Spirit is at work in the world, as shown in the life and ministry of Jesus Christ; and
- God invites each of us to join in with the Spirit work as partners.
Our community of faith embodies three (3) unique freedoms which we treasure as a people of faith: 1) The freedom of conscience —each believer is responsible to God for his or her convictions. 2) The freedom for ministry —each believer will discern and follow God’s call to serve and love. 3) The freedom for partnership —each believer will join with others in mutual strength, sharing, encouragement and work. |
